BuyPeplink Return and Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at BuyPeplink. We value your satisfaction and want you to have a positive experience with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• You must contact our Support Department at support@buypeplnink.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
• You must return the product with all accessories and manuals included. The product must be in good condition, with no signs of damage or misuse.
• You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured method of shipment, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.
• You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for any returned product, restocking fees do not apply to warranty replacements or items deemed defective by our Support Department. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
