We chose the Balance 20x for a client who needed a cellular backup option for their network as they were having outage issues with their ISP. Since installing the 20x our client has had very little downtime (if any) and their network is much more robust. Configuration was easy, and the friendly team at West Networks made sure that installation and configuration was a quick process.
